A $50 deposit is required for all bookings and must be paid via PayID before your booking is completed.
Please make a PayID to 0432 065 394 and use your name as the reference. The PayID Transaction number will be required at the last step of your booking form.

1. Pricing

All prices displayed are starting from prices and serve as a guide only. Final pricing may vary depending on:

  • Hair length, thickness, and density
  • The complexity of the service requested
  • Product usage required during the appointment
  • Any additional treatments added on the day

A personalised quote will be provided during your consultation or upon assessment by your stylist prior to commencing any service.

2. Hair Preparation

To ensure the best results and make the most of your appointment time, all clients are required to arrive with freshly washed and thoroughly dried hair, unless otherwise advised by your stylist.

  • Hair should be free of excessive product build-up, oils, or dry shampoo
  • Failure to arrive with clean hair may result in a reduced service time or an additional wash fee being applied
3. Previous Treatments & Colouring

It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any previous chemical treatments, colouring, or hair procedures carried out within a recent period prior to your appointment. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Box dye or at-home colour treatments
  • Bleaching or lightening services
  • Perms, relaxers, or keratin treatments
  • Any other chemical or heat-based procedures

Please be advised that undisclosed or recent prior treatments may affect the outcome of your service, alter the recommended technique, or in some cases, require the appointment to be rescheduled to protect the integrity and health of your hair. Mable Salon accepts no responsibility for results affected by undisclosed prior treatments.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. However, out of respect for our stylists’ time and other clients, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Non-refundable deposit condition will apply to No-shows.
  • Repeated cancellations may require a non-refundable deposit to secure future bookings

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible.

5. Punctuality & Arrival

To ensure a relaxed and seamless experience for all guests, clients are kindly asked to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. This allows time for:

  • Consultation with your stylist
  • Hair assessment and service preparation
  • Completing any necessary intake or patch test forms

Please note that late arrivals may result in a reduced service time or, where necessary, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. The full service fee may still apply.

6. General

By booking an appointment at Mable Salon, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Mable Salon reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
